Design nerds see the world differently. They notice kerning on shop signs. They have a favourite pen and they'll tell you why. They'll pick up an object in a shop, turn it over and say "oh, that's clever".
Here are gifts that will get that reaction.
The clever object
- The Florino flower vase by Peleg Design: a vase that's also a little figure with bendable arms and legs. Peleg Design is the studio behind the famous Magnetic Vase. Read the Peleg Design story.
For the good pens
- A Probably a Genius pencil case for fineliners, markers and the stylus.
- An I'm a Planner pencil case for the one who sketches in a dotted notebook.
- A Classified zipper pouch for chargers, hard drives and the sketchbook pencil.
For the creative brain

How to choose
- Pick objects with a story. Design nerds love knowing who made something and why.
- Function first. They'll judge it on how well it works.
- Add humour. Clever beats expensive.
