Refund & Returns Policy
At Madons, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. But we get it — sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused,
With tags still attached,
In its original packaging, and
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at hello@madons.shop within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label (yes, return shipping is free too 💌), along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Please note: Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us right away at hello@madons.shop. We’ll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:
Perishables (like food, flowers, or plants),
Custom or personalized products,
Personal care goods (such as beauty products),
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
Sale items and gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just drop us a note — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to post the refund.
